Hi Everyone,

I don’t have much to say, however, next weekend (Feb. 24^th) is the Wadena Round Robin. February 25^th is the Area Committee Meeting and the first weekend of March is the WCRAASC in Lincoln, NE. We/I should have lots to talk about next month.

· Bev – Underwood AA, Monday nights. Closed meeting with 14-20 attending for topic and discussion.

· David – Friday Noon – First Lutheran, Detroit Lakes – Closed meeting with 6-20 attending.

· Paula – Lake Park AA, Friday @ 6pm – Closed Big Book and step meeting.

· Gary – Fergus Falls Weekenders Group, Friday @ noon – Discussion group, 14-20 attend. Passing second basket at meetings for district donation. Requested non-smoking widow of time with Alano board, who approved the recommendation. Provide grapevine to the jail and literature to the clinic. Supporting Saturday noon beginners group.

· Derek – Detroit Lakes Formers group – Groups doing well and slowly getting fresh blood in the steering committee. Having a luau next weekend (where’s the lays?). Attendance sometimes low, need to open door for people to get in.

o Just getting started. Went to Bemidji CPC meeting.

· PSA announcements – Ed will talk to Arvig about which format we need to wend them.

· Area paper online – On hold until area35 discusses it @ the Spring Assembly.

NEW BUSINESS:

· Handouts/Flyers – Tim set out flyers to review.

· General Service Conference – Tim handed out agenda items, we had some discussion on these items.

· Temporary sponsor – Person gets out Monday, Tim and Derek discussed arranging to get him to a meeting, or in contact with a sponsor.

· Secretary Budget – secretary has a shortfall in his budget. We’ll pay it out of the prudent reserve and he’ll recalculate and submit amount needed next month.
