Hi Everyone,

The Area Committee meeting was (as usual) a real good time; in the treatment committee we talked about how the districts are doing and about the upcoming treatment workshop in Zone II.

In general session Jerry said that nominations for Regional trustee need to be in by January, and the same for the class B trustee.

Literature can be ordered on-line now, but an account number needs to be set up through the GSO.

The 2008 area winter workshop will be in Virginia, MN.

The grapevine has their new book out “In Our words” at the cost of $7.95+.

Our area treasurer, Jay, reports that we are on track and doing good and I see that District 3 is the fourth highest contributor to Area 35, with only 8 groups contributing. WAY TO GO GROUPS!!

The good life is a by-product of right living.

· Gary – Fergus Falls weekenders, Noon non-smoking – 15-20 attend and are looking for alt. GSR.

· Fergus falls Cookie Monster Group – looking for Alt. GSR

· David – First Lutheran - Friday noon Group – step meeting, first Friday of the month, good attendance.

· Bev – Underwood AA, Monday @ 8pm – Topic meeting is doing well.

· Leroy – Frazee 12 steppers, Wednesday @ 8pm, 15-20 attend and are looking for a new meeting place.
