            ~Welcome to delegate JoAnn, visitors, and new people

            ~Please remember your first months of serving to assist new chair holders

              after elections in September.  Two-year commitment begins January 1

              so new members can attend Fall Assembly in October

            ~Remember Responsibility Pledge and do our jobs

            ~Check calendar, pass information along to Webmaster to be entered

            ~CPC/PI position - see Derek if you can help

            ~Reminders:     Aitken, 9 am at Alano Club

                                    September 11,12, 13 - Regional Forum in St. Cloud

                                    District 3 event still up in the air, looking for speaker

                                    District 3 has place at State Fair, see Bill to help, last

                                      weekend in August

            ~Goals:            Visit Public Library, to verify Big Book and 12X12 are there

                                    To schools with Big Book and Pamphlets

                                    Retirement homes, hospitals, ask if they want AA meeting

                                    Meeting lists to hotels, motels, other public places

            ~Detroit Lakes is doing most of the speaking engagements

                                                     still working on getting duties set up, and working
